The UK’s very first floating sauna is getting ready to open on Princes Dock. This sauna will give guests a chance to experience a traditional Nordic sauna and unwind right in the heart of the city.
WYLD Sauna features a brand new floating pontoon that houses a 30-person sauna. Inside, you’ll find four ice baths and two cold waterfall showers. There are also four heated outdoor showers with salt rub, outdoor seating, and changing rooms with all the amenities you need – hairdryers, lockers, changing mirrors, and swimsuit dryers. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can jump straight into the water from the sauna!
To ensure safety, a lifeguard will be on duty during busy times so that guests can enjoy swimming in the surrounding waters. And even during quieter times, members can still take a dip in the designated dock area or use the cold plunge ice baths.
In the future, WYLD Sauna hopes to offer alcohol for sale from 11am to 10pm every day of the week. But until then, you can get a sneak peek inside the sauna below.
