In addition to Laura’s well-deserved win, her colleagues Sam Smith and Donna Reardon were also recognized as finalists in their respective categories. The trio, who work at Latchford dementia specialist Belong’s domiciliary care service, Belong at Home, provide support to the care village’s tenants and local residents to help them live independently and enjoy their later years.
