This weekend, Warrington will come alive with two exciting and free day-long festivals that are sure to delight residents and visitors alike. On Saturday, the Latchford Carnival of Creativity will take place at Westy Park, followed by the Howley and Fairfield Flag Festival on Sunday at the Old School in Fairfield.
These events are part of a new initiative by Culture Warrington to empower residents to lead creative events in their own communities.
