A new Domino’s pizza takeaway has opened its doors in Lymm, Warrington. The store, located on Pepper Street, was officially opened by Cllr Ann Johnstone and Paul Smith, the managing director of Cheshire’s Mix 56 radio station.
This new opening is part of Domino’s largest franchise partner, SK Group’s ambition to open 10 new stores before Christmas, creating 250 jobs across the country. The Lymm store currently employs 20 people, with the possibility of more jobs depending on demand. Recruitment is still ongoing, and the store is offering flexible working shifts and training opportunities.
The branch will be open seven days a week from 11 am to 11 pm. Orders can be placed through the Domino’s website, app, or by calling 01925 971477. The regional manager, Dan Carr, mentioned that opening in Lymm was a strategic move to better serve the local community.
Dan highlighted that the store’s opening coincided well with the upcoming Christmas season and the village’s festive events. The store promises delicious pizza made with fresh ingredients, including hand-made dough, vine-ripened tomato sauce, and 100% mozzarella.
One of the featured pizzas, ‘The Festive One,’ includes pulled turkey breast, Cumberland sausage, smoked bacon, red onion, mozzarella, and a cranberry sauce drizzle. This Christmas-themed pizza was a hit among early customers and staff.
Ricky Kandola, the operations director at SK Group, expressed excitement about opening a store in Lymm and providing employment opportunities for the local community. He emphasized that Domino’s offers a variety of roles with room for growth and development.
Customers visiting the new store were rewarded with vouchers for free pizza, and residents can enjoy special deals such as 50% off pizzas with the code GOGET50% and discounted two-topping pizzas starting at £3.99 for collection orders.
Overall, the opening of the Domino’s store in Lymm has been well-received by the community, offering not just delicious pizzas but also employment opportunities and special deals for residents to enjoy.
